Add Start Date and Duration fields to Roadmap Items

I want to be able to set a separate Start Date and Duration option for roadmap items, instead of just an estimated completion date. For example, I want to set a duration like, "I expect this to take two weeks from next Tuesday," to better visualize the timeline of a feature.
