Add Value and Effort scores to API

It would be great if Value and Effort scores could be available on the API, I think a logical place for them would be on the Posts endpoint as they belong to the Post but anywhere would be helpful.

We use the Value and Effort score to prioritize what to send to our dev team and including it in the API would enable that task to be automated.
