Added upvoter disappears after successful notification

I am experiencing an issue when adding a new user through 'manage upvoters'. I add them, receive a toast notification that they're successfully added, but when I leave, I don't see the new voter. When I open 'manage upvoters' again, I briefly see the new voter, and then they disappear within a split second.
