Adding in Symbols via "Insert"?

I was able to copy and paste the Bug/Lightbulb symbol from here to my own categories, but it would be helpful to have an "INSERT SYMBOL" option for those and the Changelog titles - otherwise, how are we suppose to add them in/know what is available?

    The Bug/Lightbulb symbols are emojis, we currently do not see the need to add this feature since everyone can paste emojis themselves.
