[AI Assisted Feature Request] More descriptive status update

When AI asks - if it’ll create a Feature Request but then subscribes to an existing one instead - it might be misleading.

When subscribing to an existing Feature Request it may be more appropriate to let the user know i.e.
“Great! It seems that there’s an already existing Feature Request for this - I’ve added an upvote & subscribed on your behalf.“
