AI for Human Agent Conversation Quality Evaluation

I would like an AI tool to automatically monitor and evaluate the quality of conversations handled by human agents.

This would include checking for spelling and punctuation mistakes, and comparing the information provided by agents with our Help Center documentation to ensure accuracy.

This feature would help automate our manual quality checks and improve agent performance.
