It would be incredibly valuable if teams (Sales and Support) could seamlessly send customer call insights from Aircall into Featurebase:
Highlight specific parts of a transcript and select “Log to Featurebase”
Use AI to automatically extract key insights from transcripts
Match insights to existing feedback (as a private comment) or create a new feedback post if none exists.
Automatically link the insight to the relevant customer, so they’re kept updated on future progress.
