Allow anonymous post creation into segments

We need to manage feedback for multiple client products, some of which are static websites without user authentication.

Being able to segment anonymous users, perhaps by passing custom fields based on the URL or via widget configuration (without identification), would allow us to display the correct product-specific feedback board without requiring users to log in.
