Allow assigning Lite users to posts

I want to be able to assign Lite users to posts. Currently, Lite users cannot be assigned to posts in the new seat-based pricing plan, which feels like a bug or a significant limitation for our workflow where cross-functional collaborators (Lite users) still need to be assigned tasks or responsibility for specific feedback items.
