Allow creating Featurebase feature requests directly from Jira

Users should be able to create a new feature request in Featurebase directly from within Jira, rather than only pushing from Featurebase to Jira. This would streamline the workflow for teams that primarily operate out of Jira and want to manage their Featurebase feedback from there.
