Enable downloading videos when they’re sent to the conversation.
Currently videos can be shared as reference links to chat - however that comes with the expectation that all participants have an account and access to the Support module.
When customer sends a video of a bug, then forwarding it to the the dev team would need them to have accounts as well - and adding the video to a post or a task would not be possible either.
