Allow downloading videos

General

Enable downloading videos when they’re sent to the conversation.

Currently videos can be shared as reference links to chat - however that comes with the expectation that all participants have an account and access to the Support module.

Example scenario

When customer sends a video of a bug, then forwarding it to the the dev team would need them to have accounts as well - and adding the video to a post or a task would not be possible either.

    I completely agree, the issue is critical! Please add this feature. By the way, in the mobile version, it’s impossible to play videos in the chat. The video starts and immediately closes.
