Allow Fibi Bot to Open Support Tickets in Salesforce or Zendesk

Currently, Fibi can log feedback or posts within Featurebase, but it can’t open support tickets directly in Salesforce or Zendesk.

Users would like Fibi to automatically create support tickets in those systems when customers report issues, enabling teams to centralize their support workflow in their primary helpdesk or CRM tool.
