Allow hiding or entirely removing archived user attributes

Currently, archived user attributes in Featurebase remain visible in the list of attributes, which can cause confusion - especially when similar attributes exist (i.e., UserPreference vs. userPreference).

It would be helpful to have the option to either completely remove archived attributes from the interface or hide them from default view.

This would make managing and maintaining user attributes cleaner and prevent mistakes when passing or referencing attributes in SSO integrations and the Identify API.

Example use case:
A team accidentally created two similar attributes.

They want to archive or remove one without cluttering the list or confusing developers integrating user data.
