Allow Prod Owners to expose impact results to customers

As a Product Owner

I want the option to expose the results of the 3 user impact questions on the post
so that: I can offer more transparency to my user base.

It would be great for the admins to have the option to expose the impact score publicly that customers selected when voting on a post.
