Allow separate names for welcome message greeting and user identification

Users should have the option to display a different name (e.g., a first name only) in the welcome message greeting of the Messenger, distinct from the full name or identifier used for the user throughout the rest of their Featurebase experience. This would allow for more personalized and flexible greetings.
