Allow users to edit their own Feedback

As mentioned in Editing the title & content of an existing post

Good to know: Users can’t edit the title and content of their posts.

This actually resulting in issues when users are not following our community guidelines.
e.g. picking non descriptive titles for their feedback.

I can’t tell them to fix the title as they are not allowed to do that.

Maybe add a setting for boards to Allow users to modify their posts.
