Here’s my thought:
Open: 75% of Deal Value
Closed Won: 50% of Deal Value
Closed Lost: 25% of Deal Value
I would like this to be editable but wanted to give you an idea of how I would use it.
This way we can still capture some opportunity value even if the deal is not open.
