Assign posts to Lite seats

I want to be able to assign posts to Lite seats. This is important for our engineering team members who have Lite seats so they can see what posts are assigned to them and know what's on their plate. Currently, only Full seats can be assigned, which limits our workflow for cross-functional collaboration.
