Auto-create feature requests via Fibi in conversations

Allow Fibi to automatically convert support conversations into feature requests on the Featurebase board once she has collected all the necessary details from the customer. Currently, she claims she has registered the feedback but does not actually create a post because she lacks the tool to do so.
