Automated tagging based on custom field values

I want to be able to automatically create or apply tags to feedback posts based on the values of custom fields (e.g., if a 'Urgency' star rating is 5, apply a 'High Priority' tag). This would help in organizing and filtering feedback more efficiently without manual tagging.
