Better styling for tables in feedback posts

The current default styling of tables in feedback posts is difficult to read and confusing until you realize you are looking at a table.

As a comparison, here are the same tables seen on GitHub and Featurebase:

I would like to see a similar style applied to the table. Borders and a distinction between the header row and the rest of the table seem especially important.
