Better UI/UX for manually adding someone to a post

If I am manually adding someone to a post it would be great to have an identifier next to their name. The most common use case is when I am adding 7 or 8 people from the same team to a post. It adds a couple of clicks if I accidentally try to add someone who has already been added to the post.
