Board-linked survey options fail to load in private orgs with secure login enabled

In private Featurebase organizations that require secure login, surveys can render successfully but still fail to load board-linked multiple-choice options.

Static survey options continue to work as expected, while board-linked options may appear blank or incomplete because the request used to resolve linked post details is not authenticated correctly.
