Notifcation for changelog widget showing the number of new updates & a message

Users want to add a button to their app which shows the number of new updates and a call out (title of the last changelog).

The button would open the AIO widget’s changelog tab or the changelog popup.

Example of how it looks in Beamer (uses title as the message):
