Great news! The ability to select from pre-written comments or replies, just like canned or quick comments, is now live. You can create and apply these macros (saved responses) by pressing CMD + K or using the lightning icon at the bottom of a text editor. If you need to modify them, head over to Settings -> Feedback -> Macros.
Give it a try and let me know how it works for you!
Also, make sure to try out the AI-suggested responses from the same interface, it should be an epic experience.
