Change default fibi message language

I get how this may feel like a very small and inconsequent thing, but this really makes the first experience of our customers with Fibi less polished and robotic. That sets a lower expectation on how to interact with Fibi and the quality of it’s responses

This setting doesn’t work seem to do it:
