Change the links that are inserted when using @tags in posts and comments

Since we have a custom domain for Featurebase, it would be nice that links inserted with "@" tags take customers to that custom domain.

For example, instead of company .featurebase.app [http://featurebase.app] it should lead to feedback .company.app [http://company.app]

This tagging feature is great btw. I love it.
