Changelog Card Widget Reappearance Delay After Popup Close

I want the Changelog card widget to stay visible after a short delay (e.g., 5 seconds) when I (accidentally) close the changelog popup by clicking on the background.

Currently, when I accidentally click the background and would like to view the changelog again, it won't be easily doable.

If the changelog card would disappear like around 5 seconds after closing the popup, then this scenario wouldn't be an issue.
