Changelog publishing date uses draft creation date

Hi @Luke Inderwick, that is a fair point - in short - no particular reason.
Currently the Changelog posts are sorted by the same date that it’s displaying - the initial draft creation date. We do have filters for Draft and Published Changelogs - upper left side of the interface, but the date displayed issue persists indeed.
