Setting to configure Changelogs to be always expanded

Reasoning

I would like a setting to disable the automatic collapsing of changelog post bodies.

Currently, posts are automatically collapsed after the first few, requiring viewers to click 'Continue Reading'.

We want all content to be fully visible by default without requiring manual expansion.

Solution

Changelogs setting to set all Changelogs to expanded state, so user won’t have to click “Continue Reading“ to see the full Changelog.
