Close CRM integration

Same as with Hubspot and other CRM integrations:

• Automatically create all of your Featurebase users as person records in Close

• See customers’ feedback and support conversations on their profile

• Submit feedback on behalf of customers through Close (from their profile, call transcripts, emails.)
