[Companies API] Manage Companies via API (e.g., MRR, Name)

Add a dedicated Company API that allows creating, reading, updating, and deleting company records and attributes such as MRR, name, and custom fields.

This will enable reliable, direct syncing of company-level data without relying on user-level workarounds.
