Consistent Heading Spacing in Outlook for Changelog Emails

I want the headings in changelog emails to have consistent top spacing when viewed in Outlook, just like they do in support emails.

Currently, headings in changelog emails sit directly below the preceding text in Outlook, making them hard to read.
