Contributor cannot see published changelog with segment targeting

A changelog post published by my team is visible to other team members and end-users, but I cannot see it anywhere in the Featurebase dashboard.

My account has the Contributor role, and this seems to happen when the changelog uses segment targeting, even though the post is already published.
