Control AI knowledge for support chat

Would love to be able to have more control on what the AI knows about our business (to send automated replies in the support chat). I assume it’ll use the knowledge base (although that’s just guessing). Would love to add more context on things that we may not want to have public articles on, but I still want to give the AI as context to pull answers from.
