Copilot support for creating feature request drafts in specific formats

I want Copilot to support creating feature requests or feature request drafts in a specific or requested format.

For example, if I have a specific process like "for X request, create a feedback post in this format," I want to be able to encode these processes so Copilot can reference and follow them when generating content.

This would help ensure consistency and automate the creation of structured feedback posts based on our internal workflows.
