Often survey responses include valuable feedback & requests that should be individual posts.
Instead of having to create them manually, there should be an option to turn a response into a post to save PMs time. It should:
Automatically populate the user whose behalf the post is made
Automatically fill in the title/description with the survey response
Also once we have a Live chat & help desk module, it should be possible to click ‘Open live chat’ and follow up with users after their response.
For example, someone maybe hasn’t understood how to use a feature, and it would be really convenient to immediately help them out by opening the live chat.
