I’m very curious where this is on the timeline! :) This would be great! I’d love to track the events people go through. It helps identify the more engaged ones. Even the lurkers 😋
We really need the Analytics, which we run in Amplitude. It has all our user segmenting, user/company data enrichment.
I we had Google Tag Manager, it would be a 5 minutes job to install Amplitude and configure our own analytics. Sounds like a small effort feature. Are there any chances getting it soon?

As a user, I want to be able to add my own analytics tracking, such as Google Analytics, to my Help Center. This is a must-have feature for me to properly track user engagement and integrate it with my existing analytics setup.

Hey Greg, I completely understand why this would be needed. We currently have our own native analytics, but I see the value in integrating with existing setups like Google Analytics. We'll look into freeing some engineering resources to add it next month.

Great news! Ya, the integrated analytics is useful, but I’d really like to be able to correlate things with my own website analytics.
Third-party snippet injection across all Featurebase products
Allow users to inject custom third-party analytics or other code snippets into the or tag of each page across all Featurebase offerings (Feedback, Help Center, Changelog, Surveys, etc.) to enable advanced tracking and analytics.
