Custom Fields with Public Visibility and Team-Only Editing

Allow the creation of custom fields that are visible to all users (publicly) but can only be edited or modified by team members. This would enable transparent information sharing while maintaining data integrity and control by the team.

    For me, too, it makes no sense to create a roadmap overview from a tag that customers can also edit. Editing the “Version” tag should be reserved for administrators only.
