Custom introduction for AI-generated agent replies

I want to be able to set a custom introduction or prompt for the AI-generated answers in the conversation inbox (e.g. "Hey, I'm {my name}, I'm happy to help you"). This would allow for a more personal touch when using the AI to draft manual responses.

    Good news - this is already supported for Copilot-generated replies in the Inbox.

    Open Copilot, click the voice icon, and go to AI Style Preferences -> Custom style instructions. You can tell Copilot how to begin replies, greet customers, introduce yourself, and sign off. These instructions will then be applied when it drafts responses for you.
