Customize/disable modules language change issue

Hey,

my team has noticed there is an issue when changing the default language in Customize/disable modules section.

When changing the language from English to Slovenian it says Menu item successfully updated but when refreshing the webpage or moving to other menu items and back, it is reset back to English.

It is a anoying when creating new articles, it keeps forcing English.
