Decouple upvotes and post subscriptions

I want to be able to unsubscribe a user from a specific post's updates without having to remove their upvote. Currently, removing an upvoter is the only way to stop notifications, but this also removes their vote from the count. It would be helpful to keep the vote while stopping the emails for that specific user.
