Deep links for User and Company profiles in Dashboard

I want to be able to direct link (deep link) to a specific user or company profile in the Featurebase dashboard.

Currently, I have to search for them every time, which is slow.

Having direct links like you do for posts would be much more efficient and might also help with database/search performance.
