Default to 'Paste as Plain Text' in editor

I want pasting as plain text to be the default behavior in the editor. Currently, pasting text often brings in hidden formatting that causes issues with line breaks and rendering, requiring manual cleanup. Making plain text the default would ensure consistent formatting.
