I can envision that implementing this feature would be a substantial project, but it has the potential to significantly enhance communication with our clients.
A practical use case for this feature would be when a user posts feedback, and we have follow-up questions. Instead of having to search for their email and send a message, direct messaging within the platform would streamline the process.
To ensure flexibility, we could make it an option in the settings. We could enable it only for team member to user, or we could offer the choice to allow direct messaging between users as well.
