Hey! You can now completely disable email notifications for the changelog:

    Configuring changelog subscription settings.

Hi @Markus from Featurebase , Featurebase has just notified me that for every changelog update I make, it will automatically email every one of my customers.

There is no way to turn this off.

So I need to remember to turn it off each time.

Can you please urgently release the ability to globally turn it off?

If you can’t release the ability to globally turn it off, then can you please revert the release where you globally turned it on?

Hey everyone! We’re planning to add this at one point. :)

In the meantime, it’s good to know that you can already choose not to send out notifications with status updates, like so:

You can also choose not the send out emails with changelogs by unchecking this:

Option to disable email notifications for upvoted users when an admin comments

As an administrator, I would like the ability to globally disable email notifications for all users who have upvoted a post when an admin makes a comment on that post. Currently, only direct replies or mentions trigger notifications for regular users, but admin comments send notifications to all upvoted users, which can lead to excessive communication. This is particularly critical for our Senior Executives who use the product, as we need more granular control to prevent cluttering their inboxes. This feature would provide more control over notification settings and prevent potential spam for end-users, especially high-profile ones.

Yes, I second this. It would be very useful to make this a global setting so I don’t have to uncheck the email send with every changelog I create.

I would also like to be able to turn off all email notifications for my customers. I only sell one subscription and dont want to bother them.
