Discord Broadcasts

Send outbound messages directly to Discord channels.

We’d love to support Discord as an Outbound channel, so teams can broadcast updates to customer communities, product communities, beta groups, and support channels without leaving Featurebase.

This would be especially useful for companies that use Discord as their main customer communication hub.

Ideal support would include:

• Choosing connected Discord servers/channels as the audience

• Sending product updates, announcements, surveys, and incident notices

• Previewing the message before sending

• Tracking replies, reactions, and engagement

• Letting replies create or link back to Featurebase conversations
