Dismissing the Changelog Widget should persist for Users and not just Browser sessions

This statement is what the docs say:
The state is stored in the browser's local storage, so it will persist across sessions.

Which really means
The state is stored in the browser's local storage, so it will persist across Browser sessions.

I would like:

The state is stored on the featurebase user, so it will persist User sessions.

Please persist the user dismissing the changelog for no matter what device they are using.
