Display actual date

I love this product, but this is sadly a deal breaker for us.

Deadlines are important AND not all companies define quarters in the same way.

Even if you could configure quarters, having to tap into an item to see an ETA is time consuming. Hovering over the item tells me "to be released in about 2 months" which isn't helpful either.

I was so ready to adopt this product for my team because it does literally everything else we need, but this feature is a dealbreaker. So bummed.
