Drag & drop to rearrange tags

Hey, just a minor QoL suggestion.

When working with tags it'd be great to be able to rearrange them with drag & drop instead of using the arrows to move them one step at a time.

We have ~20 tags, so adding a new one & then moving it close to the top takes a lot of clicks, and each has to be sniping to target the arrow button in the new position, when it could be a single drag.
